- 陆羽与《茶经》
- 人们从何时何地开始喝茶？历史学家不确定，但中国人种植茶叶已有数千年历史。
- 根据一则中国传说，神农在一些树叶从树上掉进他的饮品中时，偶然发现了茶。迄今为止，考古学家发现的最古老的茶叶已有近2200年的历史。可追溯到西汉早期。
- 但在唐朝之前，人们通常并非为了品尝滋味而饮茶——他们将其当作药物。多亏了一位名叫陆羽（公元733年—804年）的人，全中国的人开始把茶当作饮品来享用。陆羽悉心钻研泡茶技艺，并想与他人分享自己的知识。
- 于是，他决定撰写《茶经》。这是世界上第一部关于茶和茶文化的书籍。该书篇幅仅约7000字，但却非常受欢迎。
- 陆羽去世后不久，茶文化迅速传遍全国，并且他被誉为茶圣。人们今天仍然读《茶经》，这本书有英文，法文，日文和许多其他语言的译本。
